Description
L3Harris Technologies is hiring a Director, Program Management to lead the strategic direction and overall P&L performance of its Targeting & Sensing Systems business. The role manages cross-functional and matrixed teams, program cost, schedule, technical performance, forecasts, proposals, budgets, contracts, customer relationships, and business roadmaps, while supervising Program Managers and coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, facilities, and other stakeholders. The position is based in Plano and Richardson, Texas, follows a 9/80 schedule, requires approximately 10% travel, and requires an active U.S. Secret Clearance.
