The role partners with executive and functional leaders, establishes portfolio governance and operating models, manages cross-organizational dependencies and risks, drives benefits realization, and builds a program management organization. Candidates need significant experience leading complex technology programs and portfolios, with deep expertise in digital commerce or payments; consumer technology, gaming, or fintech experience is preferred. The role offers a base pay range of $218,700 to $328,100 USD, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a matching 401(k), paid time off, wellness programs, employee discounts, and possible bonus eligibility.
