Rhythm is hiring a Director, Program Management to serve as a strategic partner and operational lead for one or more drug-development programs. The role manages program strategy, development plans, timelines, budgets, risks, milestones, cross-functional execution, stakeholder communication, and continuous-improvement processes, while reporting to the Head of Program Management. It is based in Boston on a hybrid-work model and may involve travel. The position requires a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology drug-development experience, and 5 years of project or program management experience; the expected salary is $182,000 to $275,000.
