Rowan Digital Infrastructure is hiring a Director, Program Management to lead complex, cross-functional data center initiatives. The role owns project business plans, tracking systems, reporting, performance management, risk analysis, executive communications, and post-project reviews across large-scale infrastructure programs. It is an individual contributor position requiring a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of relevant experience, with a hybrid in-office arrangement in Denver or Seattle and compensation of $160,000–$205,000 plus bonus.
