UBC is hiring a pharmaceutical program manager to lead one or more HUB programs across one or more sites. The role manages program operations, budgets, staffing, client relationships, complex issues, reports, strategic planning, and supervisory teams, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 10–14 years of relevant experience or 8–12 years with a master’s degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and 30–40% travel.
