Living Goods is hiring a Director of Programs Delivery (DPD) / Deputy Country Director (DCD) in Burkina Faso to provide strategic leadership and operational management of its community health service delivery programs. The role oversees program implementation, KPI performance, team development, budgeting and financial approvals, operational experiments, public supply-chain forecasting, government partnerships, donor and stakeholder relationships, and external representation. The DPD/DCD serves on the Senior Leadership Team and Global Leadership Council, collaborates with Country Director and other departments, and may act as Country Director when required. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, public health, or a related field, at least ten years of relevant experience including five years at the management level, and offers a competitive salary, health insurance, and a bonus opportunity.
