Description
Breaking Ground is hiring a Program Director, Queens Outreach to oversee 24/7 street outreach teams and program operations across Queens. The role supervises Assistant Program Directors and field staff, manages deployment schedules and budgets, develops outreach and housing-placement strategies, supports crisis intervention and risk assessments, and coordinates with city agencies, community stakeholders, hospitals, and housing providers. The position requires an NYS Licensed Masters Social Worker, at least five years of supervisory experience, and familiarity with Housing First, harm reduction, crisis intervention, and stakeholder collaboration.
