Director, Project Controls at Turner & Townsend

Turner & Townsend is hiring a Director, Project Controls to lead project controls services for a portfolio of large-scale healthcare, research, and institutional construction projects. The role establishes strategic direction for cost, risk, and schedule management; leads project controls teams; develops budgets, cash-flow plans, schedules, baselines, reporting, change-management controls, and risk processes; and supports project gateways, approvals, and closeout. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a construction- or cost-management-related field, at least 12 years of relevant project controls experience, and 2+ years managing high-performing project controls teams in a consulting environment. The base salary is $180,000-$220,000 USD, with potential bonuses and benefits.
