Description
Worley is seeking a senior project controls leader to develop and lead strategic project controls programs across cost control, estimating, and scheduling for customer projects and internal initiatives. The role provides leadership to project controls teams, oversees systems and reporting, advises on controls standards and best practices, collaborates with regional and location leadership, mentors team members, and represents project controls in portfolio-level decision-making. The position requires a university degree or equivalent in project management, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, extensive project controls experience in energy, chemicals, or resources industries, and expertise in project management systems and tools.
