Description
Convergent Energy and Power is hiring a Director, Project Development to own a portfolio of battery energy storage system (BESS) development projects from commercial award through Financing Ready/Notice to Proceed. The individual contributor will lead cross-functional execution, manage project budgets and schedules, preserve project economics, assess and mitigate risks, coordinate financing readiness, negotiate with external stakeholders, and transition construction-ready projects to the PMO. The role is fully remote outside the New York Metropolitan area and hybrid for candidates in the area, with 25% travel expected.
