Description
The Director – Project Engineering at Copeland leads the execution of ETO (Engineering to Order) projects and NPD (New Product Development) Programs, ensuring consistency with customer expectations. This role involves managing a team of engineers, collaborating across various departments like PMO, Product Management, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Sales, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize processes and achieve strategic goals. The director is responsible for defining resources, setting budgets, mentoring staff, identifying procedural improvements, and overseeing engineering deliverables, including change orders and BOM alignment.
