The role covers debt and tax-equity structuring, financial modeling, investor and lender negotiations, due diligence, project valuation, risk assessment, and ongoing financial performance monitoring. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of project finance, investment banking, or financial structuring experience, and a proven record of closing renewable energy financing deals. The base pay range is $180,000 to $225,000 USD.
