VaynerMedia is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale creative and media portfolios, oversee marketing and advertising programs, manage budgets and scope, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support client onboarding. The role also mentors and develops Project Managers, improves portfolio processes, and partners with Client Service, FinOps, and senior department leads. Candidates should have 10+ years of post-college experience, including agency project-management experience, a bachelor's degree or entrepreneurial background, and experience with digital and social projects ranging from $10,000 to $2 million or more. The position is hybrid and offers a base salary of $130,000–$165,000 USD, plus 401(k) matching, medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, caregiver leave, and wellness benefits.
