Impact Fire Services is hiring a Director, Project Operations (Fire Protection) to provide strategic and multi-location leadership for fire protection project operations, including sprinkler, fire alarm, suppression, and special hazards systems. The role oversees project execution, NFPA compliance, financial performance, forecasting, cost controls, quality, safety, and operational scalability, while supporting mergers and acquisitions through operational due diligence. It requires 10+ years of relevant fire protection or construction project management experience, 5+ years leading multi-location project operations, and regular travel; a bachelor’s degree and M&A experience are preferred.
