Impact Fire Services is hiring a Director, Project Operations (Fire Protection) to provide strategic and operational leadership for multi-branch fire protection project operations. The role oversees fire sprinkler, fire alarm, suppression, and special hazards installations; manages project P&Ls, forecasting, WIP reviews, cost controls, and field execution; ensures NFPA and AHJ compliance; develops project teams; and supports M&A due diligence and operational integration. The position requires 10+ years of relevant experience, 5+ years leading multi-location fire protection project operations, strong NFPA and financial management knowledge, and regular travel.
