RISD is hiring a Director, Prospect Intelligence to lead the prospect intelligence team within Institutional Advancement. The role combines deep-dive donor and foundation research, wealth screening, capacity rating, predictive modeling, data analytics, database maintenance, and pipeline replenishment to identify and qualify major-gift prospects. The Director also provides strategic direction, mentorship, and direct supervision to the team, manages workloads and priorities, and aligns research capabilities with fundraising goals. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of advancement or prospect-development experience, offers a hybrid work arrangement, and is full-time, exempt, and regular.
