Huge is hiring a Director, Quality Engineering to lead and grow its globally distributed QA practice from its Bogotá, Colombia office. The role will establish an AI-native quality engineering strategy, transition testing from manual to AI-augmented automation across web, mobile, and API, embed quality across the software development lifecycle, and develop governance and maturity frameworks. The director will also lead and coach more than 75 QA professionals across four countries, partner with engineering, product, design, and business development leadership, and represent quality engineering in client conversations. The position is hybrid in Bogotá and requires experience leading distributed quality engineering organizations, organizational-level automation transformation, modern automation tooling, CI/CD and microservices, and cross-cultural leadership.
