Description
Editas Medicine is hiring a Director, Quality Control to lead analytical development, qualification/validation, transfer, and GMP testing for gRNA, mRNA, and lipid nanoparticle (LNP) programs supporting in vivo gene medicine. The role partners with Research, Process Development, Analytical Sciences, Manufacturing, QA, and external CDMOs/CMOs to drive phase-appropriate control strategies, specifications, stability programs, documentation, and regulatory submissions for IND/CTA and clinical manufacturing. The position requires deep analytical and GMP expertise, strong leadership, and experience in drug development and outsourced testing/management.
