The Director, Quality Engineering Lead will lead an agile testing team and establish QA automation strategies, test frameworks, quality metrics, risk mitigation, and continuous-improvement initiatives. The role requires extensive automation testing experience, strong Java and JavaScript programming, UI and API testing expertise, database and cloud knowledge, CI/CD integration, infrastructure-as-code experience, and familiarity with AI-enhanced development tools. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Required Previous Experiences: 12-15 years of overall automation testing experience
Designing and maintaining API, UI, and system integration test automation frameworks
Hands-on Java and JavaScript programming experience
UI automation experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
API testing experience with Postman, Rest Assured, or SoapUI
Experience with SQL Server and NoSQL databases
Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform, Cloud Formation, or Ansible
Cloud platform experience, particularly AWS
