Description
Alkermes is hiring an R&D Data Governance Manager to establish and operationalize enterprise data governance for research and development. Reporting to the Executive Director, Enterprise Data Management, the role will define the R&D data vision and multi-year roadmap, develop governance frameworks and operating models, establish data quality, metadata, lineage, access controls, and stewardship practices, and enable scientists and analysts to self-serve trusted data across discovery, preclinical, and clinical domains. The position partners with R&D, IT, Data & AI, compliance, and other enterprise teams and includes training, change management, and alignment on data products and platforms. The annual base salary is $195,000 to $210,000, with an annual performance bonus and competitive benefits.
