Director, Red Team at Cencora

Cencora is hiring a Director of Red Team to lead offensive security operations, manage internal red team engineers and external vendor engagements, develop adversary simulations and security assessments, and translate findings into executive risk narratives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 8+ years of cybersecurity experience including at least 6 years in offensive security, 3+ years leading offensive security teams, and experience with full-scope red team operations. Preferred qualifications include OSCP, OSEP, OSED, GIAC certifications, and CISSP or CISM.
