Description
The Regional Director of Operations will oversee FastMed Centers across the Eastern Region of North Carolina, including Aberdeen, Clayton, Fayetteville, Garner, Goldsboro, Greenville, Kinston, Leland, Lumberton, Morehead City, Roanoke Rapids, Rockingham, Rocky Mount, Wilmington, Wilson, and Zebulon. The role manages Center Managers, supports hiring and onboarding, coaches and develops staff, oversees clinic staffing and scheduling, manages budgets and vendor relationships, ensures compliance with Joint Commission standards, and collaborates with medical, finance, IT, marketing, human resources, and occupational health leadership. The position requires an associate degree, 3–5 years of management experience in urgent care or another healthcare setting, process improvement experience, and familiarity with clinic front- and back-office operations; a bachelor’s degree and EPIC experience are preferred.
