Netskope is hiring a Director, Regional Sales to lead enterprise sales strategy and revenue growth across the Alpine and Eastern Europe territory. The role manages and develops a team of sales professionals, handles enterprise procurement, RFPs, RFQs, contract negotiations, customer relationships, market intelligence, and sales process improvement. Candidates need enterprise sales leadership experience, a proven record selling security and networking technologies, strong quota achievement, communication and strategic skills, business acumen, procurement knowledge, and team leadership ability; a bachelor's degree or MBA is preferred.
