Netskope is hiring a Director, Regional Sales to lead enterprise sales strategy and revenue growth across the Alpine and Eastern Europe territory. The role manages and develops a team of sales professionals, handles complex enterprise procurement, RFPs, RFQs, contract negotiations, customer relationships, market intelligence, and sales process improvement. Candidates need enterprise sales leadership experience, a proven record selling security and networking technologies, strong quota achievement, strategic and business skills, procurement knowledge, and the ability to recruit and motivate sales teams.
