Summit Therapeutics is hiring a Director, Regulatory Program Management to provide strategic and operational leadership for complex regulatory filings and submissions across its oncology product portfolio. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, defines regulatory milestones and critical paths, manages risks and executive decision-making, develops program governance and operating models, and mentors Program Managers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of relevant regulatory project management or scientific experience, or equivalent advanced-degree and experience alternatives, along with solid-tumor oncology experience and significant experience leading global regulatory programs. The position pays $190,000–$237,000 USD annually, with possible bonus, stock, benefits, and other variable compensation.
