RBC is hiring a Director of Regulatory Programs to lead the design, build, and execution of a large-scale enterprise Accessibility program while stewarding a portfolio of critical regulatory initiatives. The role will establish governance and reporting structures, develop regulatory strategies, manage complex multi-workstream programs, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, monitor compliance risks, and build and mentor program teams. It is a full-time, regular, salaried position based in Toronto, Canada, with flexible working options.
