Director, Relationship Management at Human Interest

The role develops strategic account frameworks, scalable upsell processes, client-health and churn-prediction systems, quarterly business reviews, and cross-functional partnerships with Product, Operations, and Sales. Candidates need at least five years of experience leading customer-facing teams, a SaaS or technology retention record, and experience scaling teams during rapid growth. The position offers a base salary of $175,000 to $180,000 annually, plus potential bonuses, commissions, equity, and health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
