Description
Oracle is hiring a Director of Building Automation to lead reliability engineering for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s mission-critical data center portfolio. The role owns the multi-year reliability strategy, operating model, standards, KPIs, risk governance, predictive maintenance, asset lifecycle management, and portfolio-wide improvements across electrical, mechanical, controls, automation, and facility systems. It requires 10+ years of progressive engineering, reliability, maintenance, critical facilities, or infrastructure experience, 5+ years of leadership experience, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline. The position is full-time and on-site in Nashville, Tennessee, with at least 25% travel and relocation assistance potentially available.
