NVIDIA is hiring a Senior System Hardware Reliability Manager in Israel to lead end-to-end reliability and failure analysis for its networking organization. The role manages multiple system-level teams, coordinates with hardware engineering disciplines, investigates complex field failures, applies reliability physics and statistical methods, influences hardware architecture through build-for-reliability and build-for-manufacturing requirements, and establishes lessons-learned processes. Candidates need a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Materials Science and Engineering, at least 15 years of management experience with teams of 10 or more, and extensive experience in semiconductor and hardware reliability, failure analysis, qualification standards, and reliability statistics.
