Cardinal Equipment Services is hiring a full-time Director, Remanufacturing in Winter Haven, Florida, to lead remanufacturing operations, production performance, quality, safety, inventory, supply chain, budgeting, and continuous improvement. The role oversees operational KPIs, weekly reviews, workflow and scheduling optimization, vendor and warranty performance, facility readiness, and a high-performing team of technicians and supervisors, while partnering with cross-functional leaders and senior stakeholders.
