Description
The Director of Residential Operations partners with residential treatment, residential directors, and education and health care services leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, CARE and TCI implementation, staff training, incident management, data-driven quality improvement, safety, and high-quality service delivery across residential campuses. The role includes coaching and mentoring residential staff, supporting restraint and AWOL reduction initiatives, and participating in leadership and community committees. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of progressive residential group-care experience, three years of leadership experience, CPR certification, and an unrestricted New York State driver’s license. The position pays $100,000 to $160,000 based on experience.
