Description
Intuit is hiring a Director to build and lead its Retail & Field Operations Delivery organization within the Expert Network Services group. The role will execute the rollout and daily performance of omni-channel physical retail hubs, flagships, and local tax offices; manage field managers and expert teams; drive AI adoption and change management; oversee scheduling, service quality, and operational KPIs; and coordinate with cross-functional partners. The position requires extensive operations and field leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and extensive travel across priority markets.
