Description
Thuma is hiring a Director of Retail Development to own the full retail store development program from site evaluation through opening, maintenance, and refreshes. The role manages due diligence, design, permitting, construction, handover, capital budgeting, vendor and contractor selection, store standards, and a growing portfolio of 8+ projects. It reports to the Senior Director of Retail Expansion, partners with internal teams, and requires 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years leading a team or function. The position is based in San Francisco and requires candidates to come into the office, with 25% to 50% travel.
