Sutter Health is hiring a Director of Revenue Cycle to serve as a primary enterprise contact for revenue and revenue cycle performance across its California network. The role connects revenue cycle operations, healthcare finance, managed care contracting, and executive leadership; translates financial metrics and revenue cycle drivers into operational strategy; leads enterprise-wide performance improvement, vendor management, corrective action planning, analytics, and accountability initiatives; and supports clinical, finance, and revenue cycle teams. The position is full-time, exempt, requires 8 years of recent relevant experience, and offers home eligibility with 50% travel within the California network.
