The role leads a portfolio of robotics programs from concept through deployment and operationalization, partnering across engineering, digital, manufacturing, MSAT, automation, quality, and site leadership to identify opportunities, build business cases, establish governance, and deliver scalable, compliant robotics solutions aligned to business outcomes. The position is based in Norwood, Massachusetts, offers a salary range of $183,800 to $330,300, and requires strong experience in robotics, automation, manufacturing operations, program leadership, and regulated biotech/pharma environments.
