Description
Trystar is hiring a Director, Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) to lead its end-to-end SIOP process, demand planning, and inventory strategy. Reporting to the Vice President of FP&A and SIOP, the role integrates Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and Production Planning to align demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and production plans; manage planning metrics and KPIs; facilitate executive reviews; and develop a high-performing SIOP team. The position is based in Burnsville, Minnesota, may require up to 25% travel, and requires a bachelor’s degree plus at least eight years of progressive experience in SIOP, demand planning, supply chain, operations, inventory planning, finance, or related disciplines.
