Hightower is hiring a Director of Salesforce Development to lead the Salesforce platform and manage the full lifecycle of custom-developed Salesforce applications. The role oversees platform administration, secure development, documentation, releases, risk mitigation, and the development of Salesforce solutions, while leading and mentoring a team and collaborating across departments. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, at least 8 years of application development and architecture experience, and expertise in Salesforce, Web technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Apex, low-code tools, and agile project management. It offers a hybrid schedule, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a base salary of $175,000-$195,000 plus a discretionary bonus.
