Description
Experian is hiring a Director, Security Enablement to lead security operating cadence, metrics, executive reporting, risk coordination, and cross-functional programs for the Financial Services and Data business unit. The role focuses on translating security data and risk into prioritized decisions, coordinating Archer risk and issue workflows, tracking AWS security posture, managing vendor evaluations and Security FinOps, and presenting to senior leadership. It requires 10+ years of cybersecurity or security governance experience, 5+ years of people leadership experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, and experience with enterprise GRC platforms, recurring security reviews, AWS security fundamentals, and matrixed risk programs. The position reports to a Senior Director and is remote.
