Description

EVOTEK is seeking a Director, Security Solutions Engineering to lead and manage a team of Solutions Engineers focused on identifying customer challenges and developing security-related services and products. The role involves providing thought leadership, guiding sales teams, executing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring effective solution development and implementation. The director will also be responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring staff, as well as maintaining technical certifications.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years’ experience in related area with IT background.
Technical sales related experience around security tools, security architecture, consulting and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communication skills via presentations, written and oral communications.
Ability to manage security and networking technologies.
Superior leadership abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functional groups and levels within an organization, as well as externally.
Self-starter with excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills and ability to project manage, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate with leadership effectively.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
