Director - Senior Director, Statistical Programming at Bicycle Therapeutics

Bicycle Therapeutics is hiring a Senior Statistical Programmer to provide strategic and technical leadership for statistical programming across its clinical development portfolio. The role owns programming quality, CDISC standards, regulatory data submissions, CRO and vendor governance, SOPs, and inspection readiness, while leading and mentoring a team of programmers. It requires expert statistical programming experience, SAS and CDISC expertise, regulatory submission experience, and substantial CRO/vendor management and leadership experience. The role follows a hybrid arrangement with 2–3 days onsite per week at the Cambridge, UK office and includes medical, dental, pension, leave, and other benefits.
