VaynerX is hiring a Director of Organic Search to lead SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy across multiple high-profile client accounts. The role oversees organic search managers, defines client-aligned search strategies, leads technical SEO and AEO initiatives, analyzes performance data, collaborates with cross-functional teams, presents results to senior stakeholders, and implements AI-powered automation. Candidates need 7–10 years of progressive SEO experience, including at least 5–7 years in senior or leadership capacity, plus hands-on AEO experience and expertise in analytics, SEO tools, and AI search. The position is hybrid and offers a base salary of $135,000–$160,000 USD, along with 401(k) matching, medical, dental, vision, PTO, caregiver leave, and wellness benefits.
