Dun & Bradstreet is hiring a Director, ServiceNow Engineering (hands-on) to lead the development, architecture, operations, automation, and engineering excellence of the ServiceNow Platform. The role manages project plans, budgets, cloud-provider relationships, technical governance, releases, upgrades, and partner designs while mentoring engineers and platform architects. It requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and at least eight years of leadership experience on the ServiceNow Platform, along with deep knowledge of ServiceNow products, integrations, security, automation, testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
