Director, Silicon Logical Design at Graphcore

Graphcore is hiring a Director of Silicon Logical Design to lead and scale its Logical Design group within the Silicon department. The role owns the strategy, technical direction, execution quality, and team development for microarchitecture and RTL design, including design methodologies, architectural trade-offs, third-party IP integration, sign-off processes, project planning, and collaboration with Architecture, Physical Design, Verification, DFT, and Program Management teams. The position requires a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field, extensive digital logical design and RTL experience, semiconductor team leadership experience, and expertise in SystemVerilog or VHDL and modern digital design flows.
