The role leads site selection and government affairs for a first-of-a-kind fusion energy project, including defining technical and resource-based criteria, negotiating state and local incentives and grants, coordinating with governments and stakeholders, managing land-use, zoning, and environmental risks, and establishing schedules and cost baselines. It requires 10+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree or higher, and up to 50% travel. The salary range is $125,000-$230,000, with medical, dental, and vision benefits, equity stock options, and 20 days of paid time off.
