Description
The Quality Control Manager will lead all site-level quality control functions for biological products, manage the Quality Management System, oversee regulatory compliance, and drive quality strategy, method validation, testing, investigations, and continuous improvement. The role leads and develops QC employees, supports global QC harmonization, and requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field plus 10+ years of GMP pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience, including leadership experience. The position is based in a clean laboratory environment and offers a base salary of $192,952 to $226,954 per year, with health, vision, dental, and 401(k) benefits.
