Cboe Global Markets is hiring a Director of Production Operations to own the reliability, release, operational control, incident response, disaster recovery, and regulatory control of the BIDS alternative trading system across United States, Canadian, and European production environments. The role leads a small team spanning site reliability engineering and database administration, manages hybrid on-premises and AWS environments, and personally executes or supervises production changes. The position requires extensive production operations experience, technical leadership, Linux and shell scripting, database and SQL operations, AWS, monitoring, and incident management; it is not eligible for visa sponsorship and offers a US base salary of $223,125-$288,750 plus potential incentive and equity compensation.
