Description
Precision for Medicine is seeking a Director, Site Start Up to lead the Site Start-up department and support the implementation and expansion of its people, processes, systems, and delivery capabilities. The role oversees regulatory and ethics submissions, site contracts and budgets, clinical-trial compliance, project governance, escalations, KPIs, team development, and collaboration with Clinical Operations, Business Development, and global functional leaders. It requires a bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field, at least 12 years of clinical research experience including extensive Site Start-up experience, leadership experience, GCP/ICH expertise, and fluency in English.
