HELP USA is hiring a Director of Social Services for its Webster Avenue shelter in the Bronx, New York. The role leads a social services team, supervises Case Managers and Recreation Specialists, coordinates medical, mental health, legal, childcare, ESL, and other services, manages the intake-to-case-management transition, identifies program needs, and oversees staff development. The position requires a bachelor's degree, preferably a master's degree in social work or a related field, at least five years of management experience including work with people experiencing homelessness, and bilingual fluency in a second language, ideally Spanish and English.
