TeamViewer is hiring a Director of Software Development to build and lead a new software engineering team in Austin while delivering a strategic Digital Employee Experience initiative for managed service providers. The role owns the technical roadmap, full software development lifecycle, engineering standards, quality practices, and the adoption of AI-assisted development, while partnering with product, engineering, and operations leaders. Candidates should have experience leading and scaling software engineering organizations, delivering large-scale SaaS or cloud platforms, and working with distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
