Description
Amgen is seeking an experienced Software Platform Engineering Leader to drive the strategy, development, deployment, governance, and adoption of internal software platforms across its global commercial operations. The role leads engineers, architects, and product managers; oversees scalable platform services, reusable accelerators, security, reliability, integration, and delivery; and manages stakeholder relationships and team performance. It requires 18–23 years of full-stack software engineering, cloud, DevOps/MLOps, and large-scale technology leadership experience, with hands-on experience in modern AI frameworks, databases, APIs, and cloud services.
